INDIVIDUAL

In therapy, we can assist you to explore and gain a more in depth understanding of different parts of yourself and personal/family history, effectively learn how to manage difficult feelings associated with painful events, and commit to support you toward the goals you set while in therapy.

COUPLES/FAMILY

Although we are trained in various evidence based practices, we will tailor the couples/family sessions with the theory that fits your needs. If you find yourselves feeling stuck in a recurring conflict, struggling with emotional intimacy, or faced with trust and/or communication concerns, we will work with both (or whomever is in the relationship) to identify the patterns of interaction that are maintaining these issues. We work collaboratively with all of our clients, and will also be asking for feedback throughout your therapy sessions to better support you and change treatment modality accordingly.

Since there is no such thing as a “perfect partner,” we will assist you to create a stronger bond with your partner and emotional attunement needed to create a more joyful relationship.

Fees

Individual Therapy:$200 (50 min/session);$225 (60 min/session)
Couple/Family Therapy: $250 (60 min/session)

Sliding Scale: Discounted rates are offered on an as-needed-basis and based on availability. Please feel comfortable to inquire and we can mutually agree on a rate that best meets your needs.

Insurance: We are in network with a few insurance companies. However, if your insurance plan provides out-of-network mental health coverage, we can provide a monthly statement which you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Additionally, if your employer provides a "flex account" or a Health Savings Account (HSA), you may be eligible for reimbursement from that account.
